Quality here at Irving Tool begins when an order is first placed and continues until shipment is made.  We work hard to satisfy our customers with quality products on time, while promoting customer confidence in our ability to meet future expectations.  We have a policy that if we build the part we must have the means to verify compliance.  Irving Tool attained its ISO 9001:2000 certification in August, 2000.  Should a customer have a statistical process control requirement Irving Tool can supply literally any “SPC” chart that is required.  We believe that if we don’t take care of our customer, somebody else will.
